Married to his wife of over 50 years, Sandy is a father of five and “Papa” to a growing family of grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is an avid outdoorsman, a man of strong faith, and a proud patriot.

After serving in Vietnam, Sandy returned home to the loss of a close friend, killed in combat and leaving behind a son who would never hear his father’s voice.

A seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership, Jack has built and scaled organizations across industries, consistently turning vision into measurable growth.
Founder of Infinite CXO and co-founder of Anchor Street Capital, he now devotes his full focus to advancing the mission of Life’s Thoughts.
Jack and his wife, Kris, celebrate 30 years of marriage. They have three children and two grandchildren. Kris is a passionate pickleball instructor and competitor.
Outside of work, Jack finds renewal in coaching women’s basketball, time on the golf course, and a steadfast commitment to his faith and ministry.
He believes love never has to go silent and is honored to help bring that truth to families around the world.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Sarah brings a foundation of service shaped by a dual-military upbringing and more than 13 years as a Special Operations spouse. She operates with clarity, discretion, and a deep understanding of leading through uncertainty.
Her experience includes partnership and communications leadership with the Naval Postgraduate School Foundation and the SEAL Family Foundation, where she drove growth through strategic storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and trusted relationships.
Sarah is a mother, a believer, and a lifelong competitive swimmer, bringing discipline, endurance, and perspective to her leadership.
She is committed to building partnerships that endure, grounded in trust, shared purpose, and long-term impact.
